DELIVERY

Q. How fast is delivery?
A. Same-day in Seoul if you order by 2PM. Other areas: 1-2 days.

Q. Can I deliver to my hotel or Airbnb?
A. Yes. Just enter the address at checkout. We coordinate with the front desk if needed.

Q. What if I'm not at my accommodation?
A. We'll contact the front desk or reschedule at no extra cost.

PAYMENT

Q. What cards do you accept?
A. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. No Korean card required.

Q. Is my card info safe?
A. Yes. Payments are processed through international payment gateways with full encryption.

RETURNS

Q. Can I return items?
